At Izaan Place, we are committed to providing you with premium Islamic lifestyle products, including our signature Leather Socks (Khuffain), Janamaz, and Gift Sets. We inspect every item carefully before shipping. However, if you face an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests only under the following specific conditions:

  • Defective Product: The item received has a manufacturing defect.

  • Damaged Product: The item was damaged during transit.

  • Size Issue: The product received does not fit (applicable mainly for Leather Socks/Khuffain).

Note: Returns are NOT accepted for "change of mind" or if you simply do not like the color/design after delivery. We request you to check all images and descriptions carefully before buying.

2. Return Window

You must raise a return or exchange request within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Example: If you received the order on the 1st of the month, you must inform us by the 6th.

  • Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To claim a refund or exchange, you must provide proof of the issue.

  1. Take Photos/Video: Click clear photos (or a short video) showing the defect, damage, or size issue.

  2. Contact Us: Send the photos along with your Order ID and a brief reason for the return to our support team via:

4. Important Note on "Time Pass" or Fake Orders

As a small business, we work hard to deliver quality products to your doorstep.

  • We bear the cost: When an order is returned without a valid reason (like a fake order or refusal to accept delivery), we suffer a loss on two-way courier charges (sending + returning) and packaging costs.

  • Our Request: We humbly request our customers to place orders only if they are serious about purchasing. Please do not place "time pass" orders, as it hurts our business and affects our ability to serve genuine customers.

  • Right to Refuse: Izaan Place reserves the right to blacklist customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without a valid reason.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.

  • For COD Orders: You will need to provide your Bank Account details or UPI ID. The amount will be transferred to you within 5-7 business days after inspection.

6. Exchange Policy (For Size Issues)

If you have ordered the wrong size (e.g., for Leather Socks):

  • We will happily exchange it for the correct size.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

  • Note: In case of size exchange due to customer error (customer selected wrong size), the customer may be asked to bear a nominal reverse shipping fee.
